6.2 Hello FV input datasets.

The Hello FL input datasets is the well known MNIST . And this is an typically classification task. This datasets consists of 60,000 training images and 10,000 testing images. In this situation, we will takes the 10,000 testing images to do our federated validation plan. (60,000 training images for Hello FL to do federated learning).
