This Developers' Guidebook is a complete version of the framework engaging guidebook containing both Federated Learning (FL) (training framework) and Federated Validation (FV) (validation system). It bridges the gap between the Dashboard UI operations and FlaVor Library (Docker image preparation). For more details, please refer to the corresponding sections.
