3.1 How to Add a New Dataset

Accessing the main page, PI could see the main page listing all datasets that had been uploaded under the project.

Click "+ Add" button to add a new dataset, and enter the dataset name in the field of pop up window, drag and drop files to be uploaded to the area under "Select files/directory" and then click upload.

If the uploaded files are detected as image types (including DICOM, JPEG, and PNG), a screen will pop up to allow you to choose the labeling source.

If labeling will be done on the UI later, please select "From Labeling on UI Later".

If classification has already been done offline and class information is parsed from the file names, please select "From File's Name".

If classification has already been done offline and folder names correspond to class information, please select "From Directory's Name".

If the uploaded file is in CSV format, after uploading, the summary of each column, including the type, minimum value, maximum value, and whether there are any empty column in the CSV file, will be shown along with the first ten records.

If the uploaded content is correct, click the "Confirm" button to proceed. If you want to call off this upload, click the "Cancel" button.
