8.4 How to Perform Customized Preprocessing

Data Governance offers flexibility for users to upload customized preprocessing scripts and use them for data manipulation.

Firstly, users need to upload the Docker (.tar file) containing the encapsulated Python script.

Once the upload is complete, others can select the preprocessing in the preprocessing toolkit they wish to use based on the name and description.

Subsequently, these users can specify the preprocessing to be used in the CDM format.

During CDM checking, the specified preprocessing in the format can be executed together.
