4.1 What's the difference between Federated Learning project and Federated Learning plan?

A training project is about a specific research subject, such as Brain Tumor, Covid-19, Pancreatic Cancer and so on. The PI of the training project will invite several co-PIs to join this project.

A training plan is a "training plan" under some specific "training project". A training plan will use an initial AI model, an AI model pretrained weight, and training datasets to tune out the final AI model weights .

A training project could contain a series of different training plans. Each training plan could select jointed co-PI(s) for that plan. Each training plan could select it's own initial model, it's own pretrained weights, and same or different training datasets from all selected edge sites.
