The data stored at Taiwan AI Labs Federated Learning Edge machine will apply the highest data security guidance. After the Federated Learning project is finished, the data will be removed permanently.
With Federated Learning framework, you could guarantee your data will be kept safely inside your institute, while you still could train the AI model with your datasets and others inside their institutes.

Q: 設備是否會與外部網路連結或傳輸？
是。聯合學習的架構，需要訓練主機 (Edge Machine) 能夠與對外連結以交換模型訓練後的權重。Taiwan AI Labs 的 FL Edge Machine 並不需要有對外的公開 IP Address，只需要開放連結到 Aggregator 的 IP Address，以及 HTTPS (443) Port 即可。
